we have a questionnaire that will need answering before we let you home one of our chinchillas,

we also have an appointment system and chinchilla waiting list

We are not able to do appointments on Sundays (we are sorry for any inconvenience)

Cheeky little guy loves play time and fusses, prefers to live alone

Shebbie Hetro-Beige Male

Loving little man loves playing and fusses, likes lots of attention one on one so we think he would be best off with someone that just wants 1 chinchilla as a pet as he is happiest that way, he does not mind having other chinchillas in the same room but prefers to live alone

Dougy Hetro-Beige Male

Loving little man loves playing and fusses, possibly live with another male so suitable for introducing to another male over time

Twins ideally we would like the sisters to stay together as they have a great bond, her sister is a homo beige so they are different colours and easy to see who is who, love play times and fusses they prefer to play and then get fusses

All chinchilla's bred by us come with their own pedigree information as long as your full address details are emailed to us before day of collection

Our Selling Rules

We never sell a chinchilla that is younger than 12 weeks old

All our chinchillas are handled from the day they are born(the ones that are born here)

All our chinchillas come with paperwork (Pedigree info) or as much info that we know about them if they are a chinchilla we are trying to re-home after taking in for re-homing

We are here to help with anything you may want to ask once you have purchased a chinchilla from us and are happy to help with any questions you may have before and after buying from us.

Please remember when you are buying a chinchilla to introduce to a chinchilla you already have that this needs to be done slowly and you will need either 2 cages OR a small cage to fit inside the original cage so that they can get used to each other before they can live together perminantly (you cannot just put a new chinchilla into another chinchillas cage IT TAKES TIME to introduce them)

If you buy a chinchilla from us and decide you do not want them for any reason(example you wanted a different colour/you haven't got enough cages/you don't have a reason) please be aware you will not receive a full refund even if you return them the same or next day(if returned the same or next day you will receive £20 less than what you paid and every day after that will deduct another £10 from the refund amount until no refund will be given at all...THIS IS DONE PURELY FOR THE ANIMALS SAKE BECAUSE ALL MONEY FROM THE SALE OF THE CHINCHILLAS GOES TO THE CARE OF ALL THE RESCUES AND RE-HOMES WE TAKE IN.. WE DO NOT MAKE A PROFIT),

Payment for our chinchillas

We accept cash on collection (we will not accept a cheque or any other forms of payment on the day you collect)

Deposits are non-refundable (£20 Deposit per chinchilla at time of reserving them unless different deposit agreed with us at time of visit)
If you miss 3 arranged appointment times for collectiong your chinchilla or chinchillas you will lose your deposit and the chinchillas will go up for sale to other interested buyers, This is for the sake of the chinchillas involved as it is not fair on them to keep messing them about!

Please remember all money from the sale of our chinchillas and anything else we sell goes to the care and treatment of all the rescues/re-homes we take in
